Commande jamais arrivée, chat support ne peux rien faire ( transfert vers plusieurs service )...en général une très mauvaise expérience
I recently started to use this service. I must admit that it was really efficient when called upon!!
Nothing ever arrived. 50 euros effectively stolen, and no way to get it back. (Just-eat's useless response to this review claims I simply have to email them to sort it out. Obviously I already tried that.)
My experience SUCKED!!! Can't wait to delete this app.

Placed 2 orders one after the next. Both showed received and confirmed and stated it will be delivered shortly. This status remained this way following this. Neither was delivered. Both charged. Multiple requests for assistance sent to the app. 10 hours later and no response apart from an automated response received from the app. No customer support.
Worst food delivery service in France. They always disappoint.
Can't deliver before 11 am, can't filter through restaurants, search engine is broken, customer service absent and service fees stupid. But I was forced to download this because the website won't even function
It's amazing what passes for a food app on Play Store these days. No way to track your order, no guarantees, you only know how long it will take AFTER you pay and no way to get a reimbursement if the order never arrives, or arrives one hour too late as it's often the case. Their sorry excuse for a costumer service is a bot that asks you to call the restaurant who will promptly ask you to call Just Eat as if they had a number. AVOID at all costs, it's not worth it.
Horrible customer service. No available invoice, app doesn't let you contact the restaurants, no delivery tracking, no control whatsoever and Just Eat declines all responsibility in case anything goes wrong ("just an i termediary"). Just Eat added value is close to none and definitely not worth using.
